Co-parenting English or Spanish
This is a 10 week class including topics such as communication with the other parent, assertiveness, positive parenting, managing emotions and much more. The class goal is to help you with the challenges of collaborating with the other parent while reducing conflict. This is an interactive class with a curriculum aimed at helping you raise your children by minimizing the impact of co-parenting The facilitator brings in experience from substance use treatment, anger management and domestic violence. A recent graduate said "I am so grateful I found this class, from the first moment, I got help!"

A self help secular group for addictive behaviors. This group is available to clients using other services such as the family education class or individual counseling. Guests are welcome to try out if they like this approach, an alternative to 12 step meetings or complimentary to any other form of recovery. Non-religious, just based on tools and strategies.

Manejo de Ira/Anger management in Spanish
Este grupo se ofrece en Zoom en directo, es un grupo interactivo y presentado en persona por un profesional con mucha experiencia. Voluntarios y aquellos obligados por la corte son bienvenidos. Pueden hacer 10, 12, 15 semanas o mas si quiere. Las clases son para aquellos que tienen un caso en la corte de familia o corte criminal pero tambien para quienes buscan hacer cambios personales o por situacion laboral. Usamos material que ha mostrado ser de gran ayuda a los clientes en comprender su situacion y cambiar comportamientos.
