Co-ed Childhood Wound/ Trauma Healing Group
Currently planning for group to begin in January 2024. Group for men and women to support each other while exploring childhood wounds and trauma, triggers, defense mechanisms and how all of these dynamics are costing them in adulthood. Experiential group using a variation of Internal Family Systems to identify patterns in interpersonal relationships and find CHANGE. Must have 2 individual sessions prior to entering group to ensure group is a good fit and to become familiar with the model used in group.
