Facing Heartbreak
Facing Heartbreak is a group for women who are navigating life after their partner’s betrayal. This group aims to aid women in addressing the confusion, trauma, and pain that comes with finding out their partner has not been faithful. Anyone who attends will find a safe and caring group lead by trauma informed therapists who will walk beside them. We will focus on you, your experience, how to walk toward healing and address the internal damage done. We will have two groups running this fall: one during the evening and one during the day.

Facing the Shadows Intensive
The FTS Intensive is a workshop designed to help individuals dealing with problematic or unwanted sexual behaviors kickstart their healing journey toward recovery. Using the powerful Facing the Shadow workbook (Patrick Carnes) as a guide, participants will gain an understanding of where their compulsive sexual behavior comes from and learn what the cycle of addiction looks like. They will develop practical tools for establishing sobriety, create a recovery plan, and address the challenges they can expect to meet along the recovery journey.
