Welcome to our virtual DBT skills group! Starting soon! In this 10 week group we will review "The Neurodivergent Friendly Workbook of DBT Skills" by Sonny Jane Wise, who is an autistic ADHDer therapist, along with the basic tenets of DBT. Over the course of 10 weeks you will learn about skills such as mindfulness, distress tolerance, and interpersonal skills. This virtual group will help you use the tools DBT provides to help improve your life.
