Zen Den - Emotional Regulation for 5-10 year olds
This psychoeducational group is for children aged 5-10 years old to learn and practice coping skills in efforts to increase their ability to regulate their emotions and manage their stress. They learn how to talk about feelings, what their triggers are, and how to calm down when they need it the most. Children are admitted into the group after a preliminary evaluation to determine if it is a good fit for your child. The group is run by Harlie Disney, Resident in Counseling.
