Clinical Consultation Group

As therapists we learn a lot about ourselves while we make our best efforts to promote competence and wellness in the lives of our clients. However, the work though rewarding takes a toll on our personhood. Our minds and bodies are utilized, the stress of which can add up over time. This group is seen as a respite where the participants gain the time and space to make shifts in perspective, gain insights, achieve validation, and boost confidence in a positive learning environment. I have a positive psychology orientation to psychotherapy that is integrative in that it employs diverse techniques.
