The Wisdom Within is an intimate 8-week workshop designed specifically for highly sensitive people & empaths. This is a deep dive into the unique wisdom your sensitive body possesses & how to honor it. We will meet weekly as a small group of people. We will explore how to turn sensitivity into a superpower. We will explore how to live with more freedom from illness. We will dive into ways we can pace ourselves & understand the language of our bodies.
