Climate Anxiety and Grief Group

Feeling scared or hopeless about the future of our planet? If you want to connect with others in a compassionate space, this group is for you. This 8-session group provides space to build community with like-minded people, tools for managing intense emotions, and empowerment to identify how to contribute to a better future. The group is facilitated by Heal ATL therapist Heather Romero, LPC, a Climate-Aware Therapist through the Climate Psychology Alliance of North America.
