Circle of Wholeness

Participants will be supported in deepening their connections to themselves and others in a supportive environment for healing. Through the development of trust in one another, and ourselves, we can make new moves that free us for relating more fully. This group will serve as a creative container for processing old stories/experiences which wounded us, while reimagining new ways of being and relating to ourselves/others. Through shared stories, and symbolic processes including trauma-informed, body-based movement and Psychomotor therapy, we seek to create a brave and sacred space with new possibilities for relating and being.
