Circle of Security Parenting Class

Circle of Security Parenting Class is an 8-week group class that allows parents to learn about how their children show and express their needs + how parents can respond most positively. By the end of the class, parents will feel empowered, educated, and prepared to tackle the difficulties of developing a secure attachment with their child/ren. This class is based on modern attachment research and will be facilitated by Alexzis Vazquez, MA, LPCC, Registered Circle of Security Parenting Facilitator. * This class will begin in March 2024. Sex Education for Grown Ups
This group is tailored for adults with children and teens but is open to all adults who want to explore the definitions of sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, and sex. This group will offer opportunities to explore how your own beliefs and values about sex have impacted you throughout life and how the conversations around sex, or lack thereof, changed your perceptions. We will discuss when to talk to kids about sexuality, gender, consent, basic anatomy related to sex, shame, and the difference between consent and an enthusiastic yes. This group will start in early 2024.
