Chronic Pain Recovery Group

This is an online group for people who have medically unexplained chronic physical symptoms or who have symptoms that have not responded to conventional treatments, such as: Fibromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue, Back/Neck pain, IBS, Migraines, Dizziness. This is also a for people who have a history of childhood trauma or Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs). You will learn about the neuro-science behind this type of chronic pain, also called Neuroplastic Pain. You will also learn about Pain Reprocessing Therapy and master skills to help you interrupt your stress/threat response and regulate your Autonomic Nervous System.
