STARTS MONDAY 1/23/22. Goals for group: Processing the difficulties and joys of navigating disabilities and chronic pain/chronic illness in intimate relationships Create dialogue and provide information about expanding one’s idea of what intimacy and sexuality can look like (example: ways to be intimate on flare-up days OR ways to communicate to your partner(s) on days that you want to be close, but touch is painful). 3. This is a free drop-in group open to those who are over 18 that live in Oregon, and who identify as part of the LGBTQIA2+ community, or are exploring gender expression and/or queer identity. STARTS TUESDAYS 1/17/22. In this group, participants will learn about how they come into relationship through psychoeducation combined with a heavy focus on the here and now of the group process. How do you love? What makes you come toward others, and what makes you pull away? How can we feel safe with others? This group is for anyone who wants to have close, loving relationships, and knows first hand just how hard, and vulnerable, that can be.
