Hi, I'm offering a virtual support group for individuals living with chronic illness. This group is designed to help individuals living with a chronic health condition connect with others and discuss the impact their illness and symptoms have on their quality of life, functioning, relationships, and more. We'll cover a range of topics including medical trauma, grief, self care, and managing flare ups.
