We come together to support each other around managing symptoms, appointments, self-care, accountability, and struggles of daily living with chronic illnesses. Screening requires 1-2 individual sessions before joining the group.

Trans individual come together to support one another and build community. We discuss various topics related to gender, being trans, and the intersectionality of trans identities and mental health. Screening requires 1-2 individual sessions before joining the group.
