Chill & Chat: Managing Anxiety in today's

Chill & Chat is a supportive summer group for teens to explore and manage anxiety in a relaxed, judgment-free space. Using CBT and mindfulness, participants will learn tools to cope with stress, challenge negative thoughts, and build emotional regulation skills. Sessions include guided imagery, grounding, journaling, and peer connection. Teens will leave with a personalized coping toolbox and greater confidence. Group will only run if the minimum number of participants is met.

Healing from Toxic Relationships is a 6-week summer support group for women recovering from narcissistic, emotionally abusive, or codependent relationships. Each session offers a supportive space to explore toxic relationship patterns, understand gaslighting and manipulation, set emotional boundaries, rebuild self-identity, practice self-compassion, and define what healthy relationships look like moving forward. The group provides connection, validation, and tools for healing and growth. Sessions begin in July and will only run if the minimum number of participants is met.
