Children's Rehabilitation Group (CTR Group)
Children can share their experiences and feelings with peers who are facing similar challenges. This group provides a safe space for children to express their emotions, learn from others' experiences, and build relationships with peers who can offer support. It allows children to find their own age peers experiencing similar issues, fostering positive peer relationships and helping them develop coping skills to deal with their problems. Trauma informed focusing on social and emotional learning and it takes a village mindset! Transporation from school can be provided! Medicaid, private insurance and self-pay is accepted!

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) for KIDDOS
Bluegrass Counseling & Trauma Services, LLC now offers a DBT Skills Group for elementary, middle and high schoolers. The group accepts Medicaid insurances and most Commerical insurances. The program is 16 weeks and is an open group. There is a group for elementary, middle and high schoolers. They are divided by age and maturity. Grief Group for The Holidays!
Telehealth Adult Grief Support Group is a therapeutic support group designed to provide emotional support, connection, and coping strategies for adults experiencing grief and loss. This group is not a substitute for individual therapy but may complement other mental health services. The group starts on November 7th 2025- and ends January 9th. The group accepts Medicaid and commercial insurance. A self-pay rate at $50 a group. The group is an open group and is led by a clinical therapist and grief expert.
