Children’s Mindfulness, Movement & Emotions

This free online group helps children build emotional awareness and coping skills through mindfulness, movement, creative activities, and structured peer interaction. Sessions include age-appropriate mindfulness exercises, breathing techniques, beginner-friendly movement, emotion identification, coping skill practice, and creative expression. The group offers a supportive, engaging space for children to practice emotional regulation, increase self-awareness and confidence, and connect with peers during the summer. Activities are adapted for telehealth and designed to be interactive, accessible, and developmentally appropriate for children participating from home.

Women's Empowerment Group
This weekly support and education group is a dedicated space for women and female-identifying folks to reclaim their narratives and empower their mental health. We move beyond simply "coping," offering a structured and compassionate environment designed to foster deep connection, radical self-reflection, and collective growth. Participants will engage in transformative conversations that honor the female experience. Whether you are seeking to break old patterns, find your voice, or simply sit in the strength of a supportive sisterhood, this group welcomes you exactly as you are. Together, we build the community we need to thrive. Free to Join!

Navigating Neurodiversity
Being neurodivergent in a mostly neurotypical world can be draining. This weekly group creates a place to show up authentically, connect with people who get it, and learn real strategies that actually work for your brain. Each session starts with a relaxed check-in and intro, then we dive into weekly topics like executive function, sensory regulation, masking, boundaries, relationships, identity, or finding community. We’ll share information, reflect together, and practice skills through simple activities. There’s always room for members to bring their real-life wins and struggles into the conversation and receive support from peers and facilitators.
