Children's Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)

Youth ages 8-11 attend this DBT based group as part of the IOP program. (It is not offered outside of IOP). This program is appropriate for youth with behavioral and/or emotional needs, on the autism spectrum, ADHD, school fear/refusal, self-esteem and confidence issues, anxiety, depression, organizational and self-regulation needs, and more.

Teen Intensive Outpatient (IOP) or Partial (PHP)

We have teen IOP and PHP groups for both middle schoolers and high schoolers ages 12-17 (or 18 if still in high school). The PHP groups meet from 9-3 Monday through Friday. The IOP groups meet from 4-6 PM on Mondays, Wednesdays, & Thursdays. Our groups are DBT-based and are provided along with individual counseling, medication management, and family sessions. The PHP program also includes an educational component with a certified teacher. The programs benefits teens experiencing anxiety, depression, school refusal, lack of social skills, ADHD, self-harm behaviors, suicidal thoughts, behavioral issues, anger issues, and more.

Adult Intensive Outpatient (IOP) or Partial (PHP)

The Adult Intensive Outpatient (IOP) program meets from 10 AM -1 PM, any 3 days you choose between Monday and Friday. The Partial Care Program (PHP) meets 5 days per week from 10 AM to 3:30 PM Monday through Friday. Both programs include group therapy, individual therapy, medication management, and family sessions. Our programs treat adults struggling with a primary mental health concern such as anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation, mood disorders, bipolar, OCD, PTSD, anger issues, co-occurring substance use, and more.
