Children and Horses Achieving Together ages 5 -10
A 4 Week program for children ages 5-10 years The goals of this program are to improve self esteem, problem solving, communication, recognizing emotions, self regulation & coping strategies in a fun and child friendly approach to learning from what works. This will be a 55 minute group. 4 person minimum, 10 person maximum. This group available upon request.

One Hour Weekly DBT Skill Building Group Wednesdays from 7:30p to 8:30p. Ages 14 to 19. Group is a rolling group so you are able to join at any time. Equine Assisted Anxiety Group
This group is a 4 hour group focusing on identifying, tolerating, and managing anxiety through cognitive behavioral therapy, paired with equine assisted therapy. Participants will learn what anxiety is and feels like, identify triggers, and how to manage unhelpful thoughts and beliefs. No horse experience is necessary. Ages 12 to 18.
