Online support group for adults in Minnesota and worldwide who grew up with Childhood Emotional Neglect (CEN) as a result of having emotionally immature parents (EIPs), and now struggle with confidence, boundaries, communication, relationships, and emotions. Inside this group, you’ll meet others who can 100% relate, understand how your childhood impacts you today, and learn foundational skills and emotional tools you should’ve been taught growing up - so you can feel more grounded, connected, and in control of your life.

NEXT GROUP starts spring 2026! If you’re exhausted from tiptoeing around your parent - feeling dismissed, misunderstood, or never quite “enough” - you’re not alone. This 8-week virtual Support Group for Adult Children of Emotionally Immature Parents brings together adults who also experienced Childhood Emotional Neglect (CEN). You’ll learn supportive skills, gain insight, and build the tools you need to manage this difficult and draining relationship with more confidence and calm- even if your parent never changes.

Monthly Support Group for Adult Children of EIP
This ongoing monthly support group offers a supportive and validating space for adult children of emotionally immature parents to share experiences, connect authentically, and continue healing with people who actually get it. | Group meets monthly on the 1st Thursday of each month from 12 - 1pm CST. Cost is $40/session with discount for BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ communities. | Free 15-minute consult required to join.
