Child Parent Relationship Therapy (CPRT)
Child Parent Relationship Therapy is a 10 session therapeutic parenting skills groups for parents with children age 10 and younger. In 10 weeks you will learn how to regain control as a parent, help your child develop self-control, effectively discipline and limit inappropriate behavior, understand your child's emotional needs, while communicating more effectively with your child. Groups are being formed as I receive interest. Schedule TBD based on those registered. $60 for initial parent consultation and to discuss details and expectations and $60 weekly for the 10 weeks. Parent Support Team
The Parent Support Team is held every 1st and 3rd Wednesday of the month from 12p-1p. The first time is free to come check it out, subsequent meetings are $30, less than a specialist co-pay. This group is appropriate for parents of children 10 and under to normalize the challenges of parenting, get feedback from a specialist, continue to build on skills after your child graduates therapy and/or come to get more insight on whether your child may benefit from individual therapy.
