Lunch Bunch is a virtual meal support group for those in recovery from an Eating Disorder. This is a resource for those who are looking for an accountability team during meals. Join others to dine from the comfort of your own home as we partake in a lunch and discussion with an activity to challenge ED and support your recovery. Some topics we cover include Nutrition Education, Meal Planning, Intuitive Eating, etc. - Cost is $10 per week.

Yoga For Your Body
Sundays, 10:30 am, EST at the cottage, in the garden, or zoom. For all body types, intended to be low impact and help to appreciate the body’s movement, flexibility and strength.
