CEM: Connection, Expression, and Movement Group
Group for women focused on coming together for exploration of bodymind integration and community. Different topics are explored each month with experiential exercises from meditations to movement to art depending on the topic. Group size is limited and registration is required prior to attending.

Your body is your vehicle in this life. It has been with you since birth. The make and model may change over the years, but it was, is, and will remain all yours. Trade-ins are not an option. This 4 week workshop invites you to connect with your body and its wisdom through movement and meditation to help you rest, restore, and mindfully connect to your authentic self and your needs!
