This 8 week group takes a CBT approach to learning about anxiety and gaining a greater understanding about one's own anxiety. In the group we will examine anxiety/panic, along with the skills needed to reduce the intensity and frequency of these attacks. You will also learn how to challenge anxious thoughts through the use of various techniques. Work will be done in the group as well as outside the group in order to gain more control over the symptoms of anxiety and panic.
