The Fawning to Self-Trust group helps people move out of people-pleasing patterns and reconnect with their needs, voice, and sense of safety. Participants learn to recognize when they over-accommodate or prioritize others at their own expense, understand the roots of the fawning response, and identify relational triggers.

A restorative workshop designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and reset. This experience blends the calming effects of a guided sound bath with reflective visual journaling to support emotional processing and nervous system regulation. Participants will be gently led through immersive sound healing, followed by creative expression to explore thoughts, emotions, and inner experiences in a nonverbal, accessible way. You’ll leave feeling grounded, clear, and more connected to yourself.
