Caregiver's Collective

Caregivers Collective is a therapeutic support group for parents and caregivers of children with special needs. This small, closed group offers a space to process the emotional impact of caregiving—including grief, stress, guilt, and relational strain—while connecting with others who truly understand. Each session blends psychoeducation, guided discussion, and practical tools for nervous system regulation and relational balance. Facilitated by therapist and parent Annie Carmichael, the group focuses on reducing isolation, fostering self-compassion, and rebuilding resilience in the caregiving journey. The group begins in January of 2026 and will be offered both virtually and in person.
