This supportive and educational ONLINE group is a place for caregivers to practice self care and healing. Talk to others and discover how to manage caregiver guilt, isolation, and burnout. Members of this group are caretakers for elderly parents, chronically ill spouses/partners, or friends/extended family. This group spans 4 sessions (90 minutes each) and runs on Saturdays. Exact times vary depending on member makeup. This group runs all year except for holiday weeks. 4 session packages are $240.
