Are you a caregiver looking for some sacred space for yourself? This group offers a weekly space to check in, get support, process experiences, and find resources. Join us to share in the world of caregiving a loved one and all of the challenges and triumphs along the way. We aim to create a place to bring in your life and check in with yourself as you are often not the focus in a caregiver role. Come to this group to get access to others in similar situations, share your experiences, and learn and grow through the process.

Sandwich Generation: Mid-Life Support Group
A support group for those sandwiched between having kids at home and aging parents. This group is typically handling so many things at once that they rarely have a place for support, processing, and sharing resources for the struggles of being caretakers for so many while also experiencing change in mid-life. This group will take on a number of relevant topics over 8 weeks meeting over the lunch hour for convenience and meeting on zoom so members can share from wherever they are in their lives, a space to build a network of support for themselves.

Grief and Loss Support Group
Join us twice a month to find support with a loss and learn about your individual grief process. If you have recently experienced a loss that is causing you significant distress and would like to explore healing, we welcome you to explore your experience in this group. Members are screened for interest in processing a loss and receiving support in a group format on Zoom. Open to any Colorado residents. 30 minute screening interview to join. Sessions will include topics related to living with loss, coping techniques, psychological education, and resources. Affordable options to join from $30-$50 per group cost per member.
