The Parental Hurt Support Group is a safe, supportive space for adult children to share, heal, and learn how to navigate the impact of difficult, complex, or estranged relationships with parents or parental figures. We will be reading the book, “Adult Children of Emotionally Immature Parents” by Lindsay C. Gibson, PsyD. While the book is not mandatory it is highly recommended.
