"Caregiver Burnout Series" Part 1

Minds-N-Renewal Counseling Link will be holding a two-part group therapy series on caregiver burnout. The first group therapy session in the series will kick off Saturday June 27, 2026, at NLCC. This session will focus on challenges of caregivers & how to equip them with needed coping strategies. Therefore, if you are an informal caregiver (spouse/family member, guardian, foster parent, etc.) or paid helping professional (nurse, EMT, fireman, home aide, or sitter) this group was made with you in mind. Coping tools & counseling support are waiting for those just like you who prioritize taking care of the health & needs of others.
