The Caregiver support group is a safe space to share, heal, and learn how to navigate caregiving for aging, chronically ill, or special needs parents. This support group is a virtual six-week closed group with up to 6 participants. A closed group means new members will not be permitted once we begin. Parental Hurt Support Group
The Parental Hurt support group is a safe space to share, heal, and learn how to navigate parental hurt (narcissistic parents, absent parents, mother/father wound etc.) and difficult family relationships by reading the book "Adult Children of Emotionally Immature Parents" by Lindsay C. Gibson. This group is a six-week closed group facilitated virtually with up to 4 participants. We'll discuss coping skills, boundaries, difficult conversations and more, all related to parental hurt.
