Our Digital Dependency Group is for anyone struggling with technology addiction and its impact on daily life. Many people feel pulled into gaming, social media, or streaming in ways that disrupt sleep, motivation, and relationships. This group offers a supportive, nonjudgmental space to learn how digital platforms affect the brain, mood, and behavior, and to build practical skills for reducing compulsive use. Together, we work on emotional regulation, setting boundaries, improving communication, and rebuilding balance. The goal isn’t to remove technology, but to help you regain control, reconnect with others, and create a healthier relationship with the digital world.

Hello! This will be an Alcoholic Recovery process group with 6-8 members. This process group will be vetted to make sure all members are in similar stages of recovery. This particular group will focus on individuals in the workforce who had very functional drinking habits, and are looking to have a shared group to experience the hardships of being in recovery. This is not a group affiliated with any specific recovery or religious programs. I have two groups with space on either Monday or Wednesday's 530-7pm.

My ideal client is a man who is in or wants to be in a relationship. I want to help him to: make sense of his sexual needs and desires ;understand how his unfulfilled sexual needs and desires can turn into obsession; understand why he sometimes channels those needs, desires, and obsessions into pornography; make sense of his internal sexual world and help him to get a grip on his sexuality before he loses everything that he has worked so hard to get; I want to support that man in safely and lovingly exploring sexual intimacy with his partner.
