You’re self-aware. You’ve likely done personal work before. But in relationships -whether single, dating, married, or divorced- you still find yourself stuck in the same patterns. Maybe you struggle to express your needs or set boundaries, find yourself pulling away when you want to feel close, or obsessing over one aspect of the relationship or another. This group is designed to help you understand why these patterns exist and begin to change them. Using an attachment-based, psychodynamic approach, we’ll explore how early relationship experiences shape how you connect today.
