Create Healthy Relationships, is a therapy group for women, focusing on self- focus/empowerment in relationships. In the safety of a secure environment, you will gain insight into yourself and how you function in relationships, starting with the relationship with yourself. As you share life experiences and bond with each other, your strengths and weaknesses gradually unfold in miniature. Though honest disclosure of your feelings and the willingness to receive feedback as to how others experience you, you will be able to explore and heal your co-dependency issues, empowering you to create the loving connections you've always wanted.

Teens today have many pressures that may negatively impact their self-esteem, body-image, peer relationships, school pressure and performance and interpersonal relationships with parents and families. As a LMFT, with a MA in Art Therapy, I have run many successful groups utilizing art and a strengths-based approach to externalize painful feelings of hopelessness, feeling unseen and misunderstood by peers and family, and the difficulties of growing up in a modern world. In a very nurturing and supportive environment, the group supports coping skills to increase self-esteem, self-efficacy and healing as teens journey towards independence.

Our Teen DBT group offers a welcoming space for teens to learn valuable skills for managing emotions, coping with stress, and improving relationships. I’ll guide them through four key modules—mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness—helping them gain practical tools to face the challenges of adolescence. In this group, your teen will connect with others who understand what they’re going through and build emotional resilience. I'm here to support them as they grow and find their path.

THIS GROUP IS CURRENTLY WAITLISTED. Are you a student pursuing a graduate degree in the field of psychology? Navigating the pathway through grad school & towards licensure can feel overwhelming at times. This 6-week support group provides a safe space to process challenges and barriers encountered in students' personal growth; discuss important topics not covered as thoroughly in school (such as clinician self-care, creating healthy routines, personal boundaries, imposter syndrome, maladaptive coping, etc.); and find useful resources and tools to enhance their journey toward wholeness and fulfillment as future clinicians. THIS IS NOT CLINICAL SUPERVISION.
