Anger is a wonderful emotion, offering a valuable message and plenty of energy. The difficulty is to manage the energy and understand the message. This is the purpose of the group so people can use their anger to improve their relationships, learn more about themselves. This group will use experiential exercises, in a warm ans safe environment, to learn how to befriend and appreciate this emotions as well as others. They will learn how anger may mask other emotions such as shame. They will go home with practical tool that can bring more harmony in their life.
