Whether you are working, a full time student or parenting, chronic stress can harm our health and relationships. Research on stress has determined that chronic stress decreases our life span by 6-7 years and contributes to health issues. Managing stress is not enough: learning to reduce stress and manage our emotions about stressful circumstances is the goal. This group will focus on identifying stressors, understanding the impact on health and relationships, and learning ways to stress less and enjoy life. If you are struggling with health or relational issues related to stress, this is the group for you.

Our mental fitness is just as important as our physical fitness. Investing in our total health includes learning how to manage challenges, emotions and relationships. I work with adults, teens and couples on issues such as stress, anxiety and depression. Allowing yourself to receive support during periods of stress or change can create opportunities for growth. Self-awareness and learning coping skills can help with navigating through current and future challenges. Whether you are new to therapy or returning, be confident that investing in mental health is a step toward living the life you imagined.

From a Holistic prospective, I consider the mental, physical, and spiritual factors that influence a person's well-being and to help people heal and thrive on a deeper level. As a Licensed Psychotherapist, Certified Life Coach and a Certified Yoga Teacher, my approach is designed to create a sense of self-awareness to better understand the connections between body, mind, and relationships leading to how these elements interplay with mental health. Combining Psychotherapy with Life Coaching Techniques will manifest your dreams as well as clear what is hindering your realization of the life you desire .

An 8-week group for those who feel depleted from taking on others' energy and emotions, who have been told they are “too sensitive” or have been labelled “people pleasers,” and for those who are ready to reclaim energy and power they have given away. Here you will learn... What it means to be an Empath and what causes empath overwhelm. The energy systems of the body and how they impact you. The importance of grounding. Discernment between your emotions and those of others. How to create boundaries and protect your energy.

Finding you here, means you are looking for answers, for purpose, for reasons, for meaning. You feel sadness, you feel rage, you feel fear, AND sometimes you feel NOTHING, you feel emptiness, numbness, you feel a deep void. You're disconnected from everything that brings you life, the things that bring you joy, the people you love, but most of all you are disconnected from your SELF. Whether you are in the throes of anxiety or depression, moving through a traumatic experience, working to repair your relationships or coping with Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder (PMDD), you are brave for reaching out and we are here to help.

This group was created for women who desire depth + truth, in their relationships + within themselves. Women who feel lost on their path, who desire purpose + passion. Women that are tired of surface level connections + crave a space to be real + share their messy, complicated, + wild truth. Here you will reclaim your identity, undo conditioning that creates self doubt, become intimately familiar with parts of your self you have lost, center your self without the conditioned guilt response, + to liberate your self from that which no longer serves you, all while connecting with fellow travelers on this journey through womanhood.
