Building Social Confidence: For Men 18-28ish

8 week group. Anticipated start in late August/early September 2026. See my website to view the insurance I accept and to fill out an interest form. If social anxiety has left you feeling isolated, stuck, or overthinking, this group offers a supportive place to build new skills alongside others who understand. Together, we'll work to reduce shame and self-criticism, and create a life guided by your values rather than fear. No one will be put on the spot. The group is planned for Saturdays from 3:00–4:30 p.m. in-person (depending on participant availability).
