Building Joy Workshop
In this workshop we will look at ways to build a thriving and joyful life and let go of the endless "chasing after" of success and achievement, or acquiring things which can lead to so much emptiness. Utilizing the work of Gretchen Rubin, Rick Foster, Greg Hicks and James Baraz (among others) and implementing experiential techniques such as imagery and group exercises, self-assessment tools and practical suggestions. We will explore and learn together, putting together tools and skills to build a more alive, more joy-filled life.

Seeing Into the Light
Come Join me for a mini-retreat this July 19 and 20th. We will be exploring the ways that leaning into our experiences of pain or suffering can bring us through - to the other side of an experience - into the light. We will be using the challenging and painful, uplifting and life affirming stories of Viktor Frankl, among others to inspire us and help us to reinterpret our struggles and difficulty in transformational ways. We will be meeting for the evening on Friday and all day Saturday to explore these stories and apply the collected wisdom to our own.
