Surviving Unhealthy Relationships
Relationships can be hard, and when they become unhealthy or unsafe, the impact can stay with us for a long time. This group offers a gentle, private space for those who want to begin healing at their own pace. Through creative expression, you’ll have room to explore your story, reconnect with yourself, and find moments of relief and strength. No art experience is needed. Before joining, each participant begins with a 1:1 intake session with the facilitator to ensure safety, readiness, and comfort.
