Healing After Harm: Survivors of Sexual Trauma
Surviving sexual trauma leaves deep emotional wounds that linger long after the experience. This group creates a safe, supportive, and confidential space for adult women survivors to process emotions, explore healing, and feel understood by others who have been there. Along with conversation, we’ll gently use expressive arts, like writing, grounding movement, or creative activities, to help you reconnect with your voice and body at your own pace. If you’re coping with anxiety, shame, flashbacks, or resurfacing memories, you’re not alone. Together, we’ll release self-blame, build boundaries, and support one another in healing.
