Teens are stressed. Managing stress as a teenager is even more difficult because their prefrontal cortex and corpus callosum are still developing (making it difficult to regulate emotion, recognize consequences of actions, etc.). This group focuses on teaching teens how to build emotional awareness & resiliency to stress.
