Brother Roots

Starting July 9th, Brother Roots is a men's group related to healthy expressions of emotions. As men, we are often mistakenly taught to hide our vulnerably emotions. As such, Brother Roots provides a safe and brave space in which we can accept, express, and offer our whole emotional selves. For it is in our vulnerability that our authenticity lies. In the spirit of authentic relating, I will incorporate creative expression in the form of singing, poetry, and other art, and I will welcome other members in the group to do the same in whatever way speaks to your heart.
