Bride Support Group

You deserve support navigating your engagement process. This therapy group brings together brides in a safe & confidential space to provide support, guidance & peace of mind. Topics may include marital concerns, wedding planning, family/in-law conflict, social challenges & body image. Requirements include that members are currently a bride-to-be, commit to meeting weekly through Zoom, and attend sessions from NY or NJ.
