Zoom DBT- Dialectical Behavior Therapy Group
Every 16 weeks we host an intimate, in person group teaching core DBT skills. This group covers 4 modules mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotional regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness. Four weeks per module. $33 per group. We do not accept insurance for this group although you may be able to get reimbursed by your insurance company or use a HSA card.
