Different breathing techniques will be introduced, along with mindful meditation practices. Fee includes handouts. Yoga Nidra is a deep relaxation technique and a form of meditation. It means "yogic sleep" in Sanskrit, and it is a state between sleeping and waking. In yoga Nidra, practitioners enter a deeper state of conscious relaxation, moving awareness from the external world to the internal. It allows the senses, intellect, and mind to completely let go and rest. One hour of Yoga Nidra is comparable to 4 hours of restful sleep. $25/per class or a package of 5 for $100.
