Breakup and Divorce recovery
Therapy group for people in the aftermath of a breakup or divorce. Initial cycle of 12 weeks of virtual sessions with focus on breakup recovery, as well as creating a life of wellness in order to have quality relationships in the future. The sessions include a portion of psychoeducation with a structured curriculum and a portion of therapeutic processing. An individualized virtual intake to assess therapeutic needs will be performed before entering the group. Some group cycles will be offered in Spanish also. Living Positive with HIV
Therapy group for people living with HIV. Initial cycle of 12 weeks with focus on learning how to live with the condition and maintaining a fulfilled life. The sessions include a portion of psychoeducation with a structured curriculum and a portion of therapeutic processing. I alternate virtual and in-person cycles. An individualized virtual intake to assess therapeutic needs will be performed before entering the group. Some group cycles will be offered in Spanish language also.
