This is a 6 week cleanse and nutrition education support group. Together we explore the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual implications of nutrition while engaging in a detoxifying whole food 4 week nutrition program, specifically taylored to each individuals body type, genetics, and personal goals. We will explore the most recent science on willpower, sleep, exercise, the pleasure trap, and disease prevention. The group offers compassion, humor, and daily support in our health & broader life goals and personal growth. Come sift through the confusion of various nutrition and diet plans and find a healthy lifestyle that works for you!

Dancing the 7 Rythms
Come energize and clear your 7 major Chakra centers through meditative, expressive movement. Come release the mind and put your body in charge through transcendent music and free movement corresponding with each of the 7 Chakras. Experience your energy blocks and release them through full expression, and blissful meditative movement. Enjoy a safe, comfortable space to move. Brief lectures, exploration, and sharing deepens and grounds the experience. Homework assignments are offered to support long term effects of this energetic awareness and healing.
