Facilitated by DeAnna Franson, CMHC. a self-study group to assist participants in understanding the meaning of emotional sobriety & developing skills for resilience from relationship trauma to balance. A guide toward hope, healing, & balance through their lived experience. Held virtually the 1st & 4th Thursday monthly from 7:00-8:30 pm March-October. This group is an invitation for moms and women to gather, share, life, & strengthen each other through shared experience. Group members will explore stress management, build emotional resilience, focus on relationship improvement, & develop healthy strategies for coping with life's challenges.
