This 8 week (90 minutes/session) support and educational group is designed for adults who are navigating the challenges of chronic pain and seeking ways to reclaim a sense of peace and well-being. Through an empathic, trauma & pain-informed perspective, Discover Honest Healing Through Acceptance, Mindfulness, & Compassion.
