Brave Buddies (A Children's) Grief Support Group
Join our Brave Buddies Grief Support Group designed specifically for children ages 10-12 who are grieving the loss of a family member. Tuesday, October 15th-December 16th, after school from 5 PM-6 PM (Virtual). Every week for 10 sessions. 5-8 Children max. $25 per group session. Register by October 8. Call or email.

Gentle Steps Together (Adult Grief Support Group)
Are you navigating the emotional journey of grief after losing a parent, grandparent, or child? We invite you to join Gentle Steps Together support group, October 15th-February 18th. Our group is designed for adults, aged 18 and up who are seeking support during this challenging time. 7-10 adults max, every other week on Wednesdays. from 7:15-8:15 PM. 1-hour virtual sessions. 8-week program. $35 per session (With a free intake/evaluation. Gain positive coping skills, work through adjustment issues, promotes processing of emotions in a supportive space, encourages open and honest dialogue to connect and relate to others.
